Sellerite is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account use.

Sellerite provides access to digital tools, AI-driven insights, and professional consulting services designed to assist eCommerce sellers in optimizing performance and growth. We may add, modify, or remove features from time to time. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Any misuse, including unauthorized data scraping, reverse engineering, or exploiting the Services for illegal or harmful activities, is strictly prohibited.

Some Services may require payment or subscription. All fees are displayed before purchase and are charged securely through our approved payment processors. You agree to provide valid payment details and authorize Sellerite to charge applicable fees.

Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable once a service or subscription has begun. Refund requests, if applicable, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and approved at Sellerite’s sole discretion.

You retain ownership of all data, content, and materials you upload or provide to Sellerite (“User Content”). By submitting such content, you grant Sellerite a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to process, display, and use it solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

Our AI tools and automated insights are designed to assist with decision-making but do not guarantee specific outcomes. Any strategies, recommendations, or performance data generated through our platform are for informational purposes only. Users remain fully responsible for verifying accuracy, compliance with marketplace rules, and any actions taken based on AI outputs.

All content, tools, software, branding, and materials made available through Sellerite are the exclusive property of Sellerite or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any part of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

You agree not to:

• Engage in unauthorized access or attempts to breach platform security
• Upload or transmit harmful code or malware
• Copy, reproduce, or resell our Services without permission
• Use Sellerite in ways that violate any law, regulation, or third-party policy
• Misrepresent your affiliation with Sellerite or any third party

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Sellerite provides all Services “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, or results obtained from the use of our Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sellerite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to the use of our Services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in misuse. You may cancel your account at any time. Termination does not relieve you of your obligation to pay any outstanding fees.

You agree to indemnify and hold Sellerite, its affiliates, and team members harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in a competent court of applicable jurisdiction, as determined by Sellerite.

Sellerite may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in services, laws, or business operations. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Services after any update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Sellerite may operate an affiliate or partnership program that allows approved participants (“Affiliates”) to promote our Services in exchange for commissions or other incentives.

Participation in the program is subject to separate affiliate guidelines and approval by Sellerite. Affiliates must represent Sellerite truthfully and comply with all applicable advertising laws and platform policies.

Sellerite reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the affiliate program or individual participation at any time, with or without notice, if an Affiliate violates program rules or engages in misleading, unethical, or prohibited activities.

Commissions are calculated and paid according to the terms outlined in the official affiliate program documentation. Sellerite is not liable for delays, technical issues, or losses arising from affiliate tracking or third-party payment systems.
